Does My Insurance Cover Chiropractic Care?
Many insurance plans include chiropractic care in their coverage. We are participating
providers for may different insurance companies but due to contracting restrictions there
are a few we can't advertise by name. Give us a call if yours is not listed here.
We will be happy to verify your coverage for you and handle the tedious task of
insurance billing. Auto accidents are most often covered at 100%. With Workers
Compensation, California law provides for payment for employees injured while working or
arising out of work. For those without insurance or do not have full insurance coverage
for our services we offer a variety of payment arrangements and will work with you to
develop a payment plan that is right for you.
Below is a list of SOME of the Insurance Companies for which we are
Participating Providers:
...and many others. Feel free to
contact us
and we will inquire as to whether your insurance company has coverage for chiropractic
care. We are happy to find out this information for you.
When you are injured in an auto accident it is quite common for the symptoms to not
show up for several days. Most people when they first start hurting think the pain
will go away but if there are any symptoms after an injury it is important that you be
evaluated to see if treatment might be needed. If needed it is very important to
begin as soon as possible after the accident to minimize the long term effects of your
injuries.
We
provide a comprehensive evaluation of injuries
sustained as a result of an automobile accident or fall and will provide your
insurance company and/or attorney with full documentation of our findings. A
lien with the proper letter of protection is required on your initial visit or
payment is due at the time of service. Independent medical evaluations are
also available.
With the ever increasing cost of work related injuries we have taken a position of
putting a high priority in quickly evaluating and aggressively treating workers injured in
on the job accidents with the primary goal in making the patient an active partner in
their treatment and recovery and striving to return the injured worker to work at the
earliest possible time without delaying their progress. The majority of work injury
related costs come from lost work time and often unnecessary surgical procedures and
costly diagnostic testing.
Post surgical patients continuing to suffer from residual or increasing symptoms have
seen very positive results with conservative Chiropractic care and find that the personal
approach encourages the patient to become a more active participant in their recovery
program.
The doctors have been successfully treating work related injuries for over 15 years
combined and have shown excellent results even when other approaches to treatment have
failed to return the injured worker to a preinjury status, however early post injury
evaluation and treatment is much more successful.
