is not always for just new patients. Periodically we will place a
special price on one or a group of our services so check it periodically.
If you have seen us before and it has been within the last six months AND
YOU HAVE NOT HAD ANY NEW INJURIES, then feel free to set up an appointment
online by clicking on the "Appointments"
button above. If it has been over six months since we have seen you
then please fill out the appropriate form on the "Patient
Forms" page. Just follow the simple instructions listed there.
